Each player may register one account only on the betify platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. betify uses automated and manual processes to identify duplicate registrations and will close any duplicate accounts found, retaining any bonus funds credited to them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betify login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose your betify login details to any third party under any circumstances.
betify strongly recommends that all players use a unique, strong password for their betify account and enable any available two-factor authentication or SMS verification options. Any activity conducted via your betify account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you.
If you believe your betify account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betify's support team immediately at support at betify.vu. betify will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, but cannot accept liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betify's total liability to you in connection with your use of the betify platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your betify account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
